Friday 8/9/13

Before Workout
10 oz unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops protein powder

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with onions, cilantro, little bit of shredded cheese
2 pieces bacon
4 oz orange juice

Lunch (at Rock Bottom Brewery)
Mojito
Stuffed poblano peppers with chicken
rice

Dinner
Salad with balsamic vinagrette dressing
1/2 steak
grilled corn with cilantro butter

Dessert
rooibos tea w/2 scoops sugar
2 oreos

45 minutes to 1 hour walk today (have to figure out distance)

  1. Hey Kerri! I know making these changes are hard... Keep posting - talk about your supplements, water intake, activity levels. The more you know about what you are doing the better you can make changes to reach your goal! You can do this!
